Pinned It and Did It

Since last weeks recipe didn't work out so well, I thought I would stick with an outfit for my Pinned It and Did It this week.

I love the simple, chic look that is created here.

I went searching through my closet for the 
right elements to re-create this look.

I found that I am sorely lacking in the department
 of a cream colored sweater.

I decided to pull out this very old cardigan and make due with it.

I love these trousers and don't know why I don't wear them more. 

The menswear detailing is just fabulous on them.

All in all I was very happy with how my look came out.

I don't know if my look is quite as chic as the original pin,

 but it suits my personality just fine.
