Hi everyone,
I am trying to catch up on my blogging. Pretty ironic since today's Friend Friday questions were all about balance.
Ever since we had that weird electrical failure we have been down 2 computers and the only one working is down in my studio. Not convenient at all.
So the computer situation plus the crazy day yesterday when I was in my yoga pants from 8 until 8 (can't tell you the last time I did that), the lost 3 hours getting a crown on my tooth and the fact that everyone wants their monogramming done by yesterday has thrown me off balance. I am going to rest and recoup over the weekend and hopefully by Monday I will be back to my regular self. This outfit is from Wednesday. It was a cold, rainy, dreary day.
Hence all the black and gray.
I just felt gloomy all day, so why not dress the part ~ right?
I got out my beloved swing tunic.
I just love this top and those sweater leggings are just like warm little sweaters for your legs.
It was so yucky outside, that I took the dreaded indoor pictures.
For some reason, I just couldn't seem to get my feet in the pictures.
This is a rare sighting here.
No color whatsoever on my entire person!
Many of you asked about my thrift store purchases from the other day when I talked about Turn Around Day.
I will try and get a post up over the weekend of my fabulous purchases.
I will tell you that there was this incredible sequin skirt that I wanted soooo bad.
It was much bigger than what I wear. I tried to figure out every which way I could to try and alter it to fit.
Just wasn't happening.
I had to move the skirt out of my eyesight because it just kept calling my name!
Have a super weekend Kool Kats!

I love your sweater leggings...i was just pondering buying some on clearance and putting them a way for next year....smart, I think...but hard to spend the money on something that goes in a box!!
Brett--I love this look, the swingy tunic and the leggings and the colorful door! Here's hoping you'll soon have some sanity back in your life.
Nothing like a go-to outfit for days like you were having.
And I love a sweater dress. Very darling.
Sometimes its good to play with neutrals- very elegant! I for once did an outdoor post which in Canadian winter is unheard of! ;)
I love that tunic. I will miss wearing it this spring.
