The Cape:Part Deux

Ya'll are the best!
I got so many great ideas about how to style my cape.
I should just let all of you dress me everyday.

For this outfit, I used several suggestions ya'll sent in to style the cape.
The suggestions I used were: wear a pencil skirt, try black and brown together and my favorite suggestion...
wear some elbow length gloves with the cape.
Alex over on Delayed Missives wrote in that great idea.
Of course, I didn't wear those gloves all day.
Heck, you can't even work an iPhone with gloves on.
They were fun to wear while outside or venturing into the cleaners, Home Depot or the grocery store.
See how exciting my life is....
It needs a pair of elbow length sequin gloves.
I added the pops of blue with the earrings and belt,
because it is almost impossible for me to leave the house without some color.
Here is the look sans cape.
I like it much better with the cape!

So how did I do with your ideas?
What was your take on the gloves?
Any other suggestions?
(I haven't forgotten the suggestion of red pants!)

Thanks for the shoutout, Brett! I love that you went with black and brown. Your gloves are so much better than mine, which are just plain leather. Now I want to sew sequins on mine!
