Brought To You By The Letters G A P

It was one of those days where everything I put on all came from the same store.
Thank you GAP for providing me with this outfit!
I know, don't get me started on the shoes.
There was a reason I was wearing them and to be true to the outfit,
I didn't change them for the photos.
As far as the scarf... I have seen it in magazines, Pinterest and other blogs.
I thought I would give the scarf bow a try.
I am thinking maybe I should be bringing people beverages on a flight and that the look is not for me.
I do love this scarf, not by the GAP I might add.
It was a gift from friends in Greece.
 It is Dolce & Gabbana.
I always wonder why I don't wear it more.

Have you ever tried a look that was suited for others but not for you?
What look was it?

You look cute! And I love the bright pink cardi!

Sometimes I feel like I'm playing dress up when I wear something that's a little out of character. lol

HAHA! I did a post a few months ago featuring a square scarf and as soon as my Mom say the outfit she thought I looked like a flight attendent! I like this look, and if you don't want that D&G scarf...send it my way ;)

I really like this look, pink is a great color on you! I also like the scarf bow, it brings attention to your face, but you have to be comfortable with it :) Danskos need love every now and then, mine are just so comfortable!

I just read an article in The New York Times that reported the Gap is on a comeback. It was huge in the 90's but declined badly in the 2000's. New management is bringing it back to popularity. I like these items a lot.

Love the D&C scarf and cardigan Brett! So funny - the tied scarf looks cute and you do not remind me of a flight attendant :)

Love how you tied the scarf into a bow. Great idea!

I didn't think flight attendant either. Usually navy blue suits with white blouses take me there :)

You look terrific, and that is a cool way to tie a scarf. You know with my love of bow ties, I'ma hafta try it :)

I love the scarf bow! You have to untie it sometime and show us the pattern!

Too funny! I wanted to be a flight attendant when I was young. I thought they were all so pretty & stylish.
You look fab in your GAP outfit, and you should wear that scarf more often. It's a beauty!

I love those trouser jeans, and I know those little square scarfs can be so tricky to style!

I've done a few neck bows with scarfs and like you I feel a bit flight attendant esque so I tend to wear them tied on a purse or in my head if they're too short to loop around my neck. Love the colour of the cardigan, you're making me miss my high school days of working at the Gap and getting a fab discount!
