Did Your Rock The Vote Today??

My outfit today is courtesy of husband.
He called me this morning and said he would be picking me up in 20 minutes to go vote
He also mentioned it was quite cold out, so dress accordingly.
Yikes!!  I was doing laundry in my sweats at the time.
This is what I brilliantly came up with in less than 5 minutes flat
 It is warm, no ironing
and
as comfortable as the sweats I was already wearing.
Check out the scarf!
This is the cashmere scarf that husband brought me back from the Turkish Market on his last overseas adventure.
We went and voted around 10 this morning.
We did have to wait outside in the cold for about 15 minutes,
but then we got right in and voted.
Hope your experience went well and that you took the time to rock the vote.

Yup, voted last week, early! We voted early in the last election too and it was a great way to get in done and accomplished and got to stop listening to all the campaigns rhetoric early, too. yay!

You really rocked the vote in those boots!

I tried to vote early but didn't because there were always lines. I decided to swing by my precinct on the way to work, and walked right in and voted, no waiting! My best accessory to day is my "I voted" sticker :)

Sometimes those outfits that come together quick turn out the best. I really like this - it looks nice and comfortable, but incredibly chic as well! You can't go wrong with a versatile little dress and go-with-anything boots! The bright scarf was a nice touch too!

I just love these boots! My cousin once brought back a scarf for me from a trip to Turkey, so naturally I love all Turkish scarves now. They're so beautiful and warm!

Not too shabby! Dresses are a good way to go when you have 5 minutes to get dressed. Love the pop of color in the scarf!

Hooray for voting :) Loved that you made a date out of it.
