Let's get right to our inspiration look from Two Birds this week. It is from Katherine McPhee. I didn't watch her on American Idol, but I tried my hardest to watch her on SMASH. The problem...the show was just plain BAD!
She has a pretty cute look going on here though.
I like how her maxi comes up in the middle.
And what doesn't look cute with chambray??
At first I thought she was barefoot, which would have earned her bonus points in my book.
But upon better observation, she has on sandals.
I also like her double arm candy!
I don't do that too much, but I might have to start.
This is a look I would wear over and over again.
I might have to invest in a sleeveless chambray shirt for summer.

i was thinking that i need a sleeveless chambray, as well! i love this boho look on you!
I do like maxis especially in the summer. In the winter I have a harder time styling them for some reason. They just scream barefeet or sandals to me.

I do love maxis... they're easy and you don't have to worry about them. I rarely wear short skirts any more because I hate having to look after them all the time.
I'm not crazy about the inspiration look, but i love yours!

yes, i'm a maxi lover, and i rock the double arm candy, quite often. brett, you nailed the look, with the chambray shirt, maxi, and the perfect sandals. i didn't have anything remotely like any of those items.
