Was your week full of awesomeness or awkwardness?
- Finally realizing that you are allergic to the lip balm you have been using to try and soothe your swollen, chapped lips.
- Everyone in the house looking for what we thought was a lost dog. Turns out he had been shut in a closet by accident. Poor baby didn't even bark to get out.
- Having not only 1 mirror in the shower at our beach house, but two. I am talking a wall of mirrors.
- Getting fermented lemonade at Chick-fil-A, but not realizing it until you are back on the highway.
- Husband and I trying to put up our shade tent on the beach and a dude that could be our grandfather coming over to show us how.
- THE BEACH!
- Learning to Paddle-board!
- Husband's birthday.
- Getting tons of mail after you had your mail on hold for a week.
- A hamburger served on a pretzel roll.
I went with some bold pattern mixing here,
but keeping everything in the same color family
makes it work.

Lol my little Yorkie Lola walks in closets sometimes too and get shuts in there and she won't bark or let us know lol. Love the polka dots and florals together. Thank you so much for linking up!

Fermented lemonade? Ah oh! Your beach story is funny and I can totally see something similar happening to us. We kayaked in the ocean one time and I am so glad it was before everyone had video cameras on their cell phones. We would have probably been a youtube sensation!

Poor puppy! Most of my awkward moments focused on my Corgi sneaking outside with me, and then me coming back in without her because I forgot she was out there (this is a fairly new habit of hers). My neighbors keep stopping by with her, and asking, "Did you know Phoebe was outside." Um, obviously not...

I know, can't believe July is more than half over already!
Have definitely had those moments with my dog, she just silently cries, instead of barking and letting us know she's trapped! Silly dogs.
