So easy!, only 4 ingredients, a blender and a pan. Oh, did I mention these are really good for you and they taste delish.
All you need is 1/3 cup of oatmeal, one banana, 2 egg whites and Cinnamon to taste and you are good to go.
Throw everything in the blender
Blend until it is liquefied
Spray pan with cooking spray and heat
Pour enough for one pancake and cook until top starts to form bubbles, then flip and cook just a bit longer
You will get 3 to 4 pancakes out of one recipe depending on the size of your banana and how big you make your pancakes.
I typically get 3 pancakes, but this morning I got 4!
So yummy!
Sometimes I pour a little pure maple syrup on them, sometimes I spread some almond butter on top and sometimes I just eat them plain.
