Let's Talk About My Coat

Like I said yesterday, it has finally gotten cold here.  I pulled my coat out of the closet for the first time yesterday since I received it.  I can't tell you how long I have been waiting to be able to wear this coat.
My coat story:
A couple of months ago a friend of mine told me about a pink coat she had seen that reminded her of me.  What? A pink coat???  I have to have it.  This particular coat was fabulous, but a bit too short and more of a swing coat.  I was looking for a long winter coat.
Thus began my search for a PINK coat.  It took me a while, but after persevering, I found it!
My pink dream coat and at a bargain price.  I won it on EBay for $30!! It was a brand new, still in the plastic, Banana Republic wool winter coat with a fabulous lining.
Now, I don't know about you, but I never get deals like this.

I am a happy, happy girl in my pink coat!

The Big Reveal of the lining
And now for the entire outfit

I just had to show the back
of the coat and the dress

Be sure and come by tomorrow to see what challenge I have devised for myself for the month of December.
Hint: I have already started it, can you guess what it is???

Brett, I have just found your blog and I really like it! I also love this coat and the dress underneath. The dress fits you perfectly and is so stylish! I agree with Terri...one of the best parts of this coat is the lining..too bad it is hidden most of the day..you need a great scarf with the same type pattern. Come vist on my blog...would love to have you stop by!
