The Beat Of The Drums

Hey everyone, hope your weekend is going well.
This morning I went to a really cool event.  It was a yoga class set to live drummers.  My yoga studio does this about this time every year.  We had 53 people, 2 drummers, 1 instructor and 1 assist person in a small room.  You could just feel the energy all around you.  The class was an hour and a half, so I was pretty wiped afterwards!
If you ever get the chance to participate in something like this I highly recommend it.

It has been raining here since Thursday night, but the sun finally poked it's head out this afternoon.
I ran outside quickly to snap a few photos for Day 5.
I didn't think it would be so windy.
These are the only pictures where my hair is not whipping around my face.

Hope everyone is gearing up for the Superbowl tomorrow...

Oh that sounds like a blast! I just started Hatha Yoga and I love it but exercising to live drummers would be even neater! Great outfit- I wore a bib necklace today too! :)

I have never heard of a yoga class with live drummers, but that does sound like so much fun! I really like your necklace it just ties the outfit up into a neat little package...very cute!

Go Steelers is right!
I am intrigued by the drums at yoga. I've never done yoga at a real studio (on at the gym), but that sounds like an interesting mix!

Brett--sounds like a fun yoga class. We've been discussing having a yoga instructor at our next department meeting, after most of the 12 of us discovered we suffered from "English teacher's syndrome"! You look beautiful in pink...especially admiring the necklace.

WORK those boots! Love it.

I used to love yoga. You are making me want to take a class again.
