Just Call Me Annie Oakley

I decided to go for an almost western feel today.
I did live in Texas for 6 years so I think I can pull it off.
I wish I would have had a cowboy hat and a horse for added accessories!
At least I didn't have any waving onlookers today, just a dude in a Penske Rental truck that drove by and whistled as I was taking photos.
Can't decide if the attention is good or bad for the ego.

I really wanted to wear my cowboy boots that match the color of this belt, but they were not in the 30 for 30 mix, so these had to do.
I am sorry for all of you that were hit yet again by ice and snow.
It was a balmy 56 here.
I am pretty sure this is when the Penske truck driver drove by.
Yea, I went high waisted here.
Thought I might start trying to get used to the trend.
I also wanted to show you today my loot from an accessory swap I did through Teaching In Heels
I was swap partners with
Melissa Jo from Lady of the Flowers.
Check out the cool stuff she sent me:
The great zebra scarf, a super cool, very long mod necklace, a bling barrette, and 3 pair of great earrings.
Thanks Melissa Jo!

Love this! I'm so into anything western right now. I really like this skirt. The texture is a bit unexpected and makes the whole look more Annie Oakley-esque. I like! I'd whistle too. ;)

Love it! Those boots are fantatstic! Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting - it's so nice to hear from a fellow remixer! It's my first time doing it and so far, so good. I'm a little nervous about the end of the 30 days, I'm afraid I'll run out of ideas - lol! Keep up the great work!
