21 Day Challenge Begins!

Hi Ya'll!
Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend.  It was chainsaw city around our neighborhood as everyone cleaned up after the big storm that blew through here.
I hope you were able to do something a bit more exciting than rake wood chips and stack logs.

Today is day #1 of the 21 Day Challenge over on Freckles In April.

Our challenge today was to pick out an item we would like to remix 3 times over the challenge.

I have decided to chose my khaki,linen, wide leg trousers.

I haven't worn them much and they are so comfortable and cool.

 I know they wrinkle like crazy, but isn't that what linen is supposed to do?

I paired it with a soft plum blouse with gold threads and an open weave gray sweater that has gold threads shot through it as well.

I added a blue belt and some blue accessories to give a little pop of color to the muted palette.

I also decided after taking these pictures that I am in need of a hair cut! 

 I am going in tomorrow. 

 I promise I won't be coming back with a Emma Watson pixie,

 but maybe something different if I get up the courage. 

 Oh, who am I kidding... you probably won't even be able to tell I got it cut.
