Around The House Randomness

I'm not gonna lie to you...
I am starting to get bored and stir crazy!!

The problem is that my elbow is really starting to feel normal and I am getting some range of motion back. Not good... why you ask? Because it makes me think I can do things I cannot or should not be doing!!! That is not good.

I know~ don't you feel sorry for me and my First World Pains. (do you follow them on twitter @FirstWorldPains, you should * they are funny).

What is something I do when I am bored?  I wander around my house trying to decide what needs to be done.  (not really doing it mind you, just thinking about what needs to be done)  So, while I was walking around I became inspired to snap a few shots of the randomness of my house...

Husband went out on Black Friday and bought a boat load of poinsettia's at Home Depot.
Something just struck me about the fact that he set them all up with the fall decor on the table.

I found this little teaser sitting on a coffee table in our keeping room.
Yea, we had Starbucks on FRIDAY!!!
Sons and husband, not the best housekeepers.

All of this....
Just staring at me and mocking me!!

A little holiday cheer that I watched last night!~
I so love this movie.

Finally busting out the Christmas music on my iPhone.
Hey, don't judge, you know you love that darn Mistletoe song too!

Hope your Tuesday is going well.
What do you do when you are bored??
What Christmas music are you listening to right now?
More importantly... can you come over and decorate my house for me?

I feel for you. After a few days at home I get stir crazy! I usually clean and organize like nobody's business. I also won't judge about the Justin Bieber Christmas music. It's quite catchy! Heather

That is so difficult to handle. I love the picture of the holiday decor with the fall:) I hope you are up and around soon.

Um, what in Christ's name is a "keeping room"? I love that you've posted vlogs so that I can really hear these posts in your voice now. It's pretty great.

Don't do too much, now!

Oh I won't judge-I'm a Belieber ;) My favourite Christmas album is Destiny's Child '8 Days of Christmas!' Love Actually is my favourite holiday movie-in fact I'm going to watch it this week! I'm sorry your elbow is still acting up (at least it gives you an excuse to let the men of the household do some cleaning!)

Noooo keep resting! You have to let that elbow heal! I'll second Destiny's Child for Christmas, and I also like Mariah Carey. Do you have Pinterest? It's definitely a good boredom reliever and I can invite you. And StumbleUpon is an incredibly amazing time waster.

Hello Miss Brett! OK so I caught up on the old posts and how are you doing? I hope all is well and I did watch your vlog. You call a grocery cart buggy? Really?? Interesting! Well...I did purchase my DSLR as my xmas gift to myself so...scratch that off my list :)

Yes, I often look around and *think* about all the things I need to do... but relax, and enjoy Love Actually (that is so one of my top holiday faves) and get better!

I can't imagine not being able to move about and get things done! It must be driving you crazy!

This morning a Christmas song came on the radio and my Little Guy went crazy!! He's finally at the age where he's really getting into Christmas and he's just so excited about all of it. =)

I don't know the mistletoe song. Should I google or is it an ear worm?

I feel your pain. My house is four times worse than yours and there is nothing wrong with me. At least nothing that I'll admit to.
