It's SOOO Hard!!

What is sooo hard you ask?? This crazy retail detox. Truly, it hasn't been that bad until this week. I mean seriously...how many sale emails can stores send you in a day? There needs to be a law about that! I am gonna tell ya straight,  I broke this week and did make a purchase for myself while cyber-shopping for people on my Christmas list.

It was an item I have been coveting for a while now, it was on sale for $40 and free shipping.  I am not gonna reveal what it is yet since I have not shopped with these folks before and have no idea if I ordered the right size or not.  I will say that I might possibly be devastated if it doesn't fit though.
See this little ticker? Only 25 days left.  I am sure I can do it.  Just focus on other people, baking, volunteering, decorating and party planning.  Easy enough right!?
What to wear?
Are you having extreme temperature variances where you are?
Starts out freezing and gets warm by the end of the day?
Just threw this ensemble on to run errands today.
I decided to do a little pattern mixing with the stripes and leopard.
I think it is gonna take me awhile to get back into the habit of not just throwing on sweats.
Oh, yea... I had a giveaway not to long ago and never announced the winner.
Bad. Blogger!
The winner of the Elegantee goes to:

Congrats Sylvia,
I will be contacting you soon.

But, now I am off to run errands and try to stay out of shopping trouble!

Is there a particular clothing item you have been coveting for a while now?
What is it?
Wonder if it is the same thing that I just ordered...

Excellent pattern mixing! I never would have put these together and I love it! Not spending is so hard right now, but I am on lock down as well...WE CAN DO IT!

Aww. Ah well. You did better than I would have. At least you admitted you slipped up. I'd probably hide it, hehe.

I can't resist a great sale...I just CAN'T. That's why I don't do retail detoxes!

Your outfit is so cute. Are you checking your time piece in the last pic? LOL.

Glad to see you back in action! I'm going to have to do this pattern mixing sometime this week. I must have some leopard and striped things that will go together.

There's a bag I've been wanting that's went on sale this week for 40% off. Of course the sale price is still... yeah. Depressing.

I am not coveting any article of clothing as of right now...instead what I want is a Chloe Paraty bag...

This is so adorable! Love that you mixed the animal print on the scarf with stripes!

I'm obsessing over a new black clutch like the one's I see in all the street style photos but that I don't seem to be able to find at retail!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.

I love those cropped pants! And I have a serious weakness for striped knits. Darling outfit!

I love the striped top! You look like a happy candy cane.
I could never do a retail detox. I think that I am fundamentally incapable of not shopping.
