The RED Jeans

I am so happy to be wearing my RED jeans that I have been wanting forever!
I wore these yesterday and am in fact wearing them again today.
Yea!, I love 'em.
I happen to pick these up the day after Christmas at Old Navy for $20.
They are the Rock Star style.
Now, I don't know about you, but that particular style is made for 11 year old girls in my opinion.
I couldn't even get them over my calf in my regular size!
After playing around with sizes and what was available I ended up going two sizes larger than I usually wear.
  Oh, well...
I am not going to be a slave to the size tag!!
  Especially at this price!
I was going for a casual, slouchy, comfy styling here.
I know the white tennies are a bit 90's, but my darker Chuck Taylor's were downstairs in my studio.
Yes, I have become that lazy over this Christmas break,
I just couldn't make myself go down and get them.

What fun plans do you have New Year's Eve tomorrow night?
For the first time in a long time, husband and I are not going to any parties.
Tell, me something fabulous that you are doing,
so we can live vicariously....

I've read some great reviews on the Old Navy Rockstar Jeans! These look great fantastic on you and I would never guess you would have had to go up 2 sizes. Nothing super exciting for me tonight!

Oh red jeans you are so beautiful! Old Navy does tend to run small-I usually go up a size or two depending on the cut. Sometimes a quiet night in is just what is needed! Happy New Year! :)

I love the red jeans, especially how you styled them with stripes and sneakers! We are not doing anything crazy for NYE--just hanging out at a friend's house. Happy New Year!

Red pants! I love them and the whole vibe of the outfit.

Concert time for me tonight, although I sort of feel like going back to sleep right now.

You look fabulous! I couldn't tell that these are two sizes too big; I think the slightly slouchy cut looks way better (skin tight colored jeans just never work out, somehow). Love the pairing with the striped sweater and chambray shirt underneath - very J. Crew, if I do say so.

Those are great!

. . . and . . . why do they say 7/8 if you actually have to buy a 11/12? I ask you! lol

I hate being a size tag slave, but I wear a big enough size without it being broadcast. ha!

At least our Levi jeans don't put the size on the tag like the poor guys.
