A Little Retail Therapy With A BFF

On Thursday, my friend Carol and I went out to celebrate my birthday.
I know will I ever stop celebrating??
Remember, Carol?
My friend that went with me to the CMA Fest...
click here to revisit that post.
Well, sadly she was out of town at a funereal when I had my birthday party, so we had a girl's day of retail therapy to make up for that.
Now if you know Carol, you know she loves a theme!
The theme for that day was BoHo/Hippie.
Everything we did referenced back to that.
Where we ate, my gift, my card, the places we went to shop.
So having said that:
This is my attempt at dressing BoHo.
I don't think Nicole Ritchie is gonna call me up and ask to be my BFF based on this outfit,
but that's okay, because I have Carol!!!!!
We made our way to a few consignment stores.
We both came away with finds.
I got a leopard blouse that I had been stalking online for months and the cutest little dress.
Can't wait to feature them soon.
Are you a big BoHo dresser or do you leave that style up to the Nicole Ritchie's of the world?

Happy belated birthday!
I love a boho look. But in moderation. I like your printed dress and denim jacket. Looks like a modern take on the theme! Chic.

My bday was 12/27 and I just had lunch with a friend on 1/27 to celebrate. Here's hoping your bday lasts as long as mine has.

You look great in this outfit. I love a fun dress with a denim jacket.

I love the boho look, but it's just not a look I can pull off. I think you need to have long luscious, hippie looking hair for it or something. =)

I think you did a pretty good job of it though! I love the colors in your dress!

Brett, I love your BoHo style. You did an excellent job. Your dress and boots are just perfect for this style. Love your bag color too. I would dress like this everyday if I had the wardrobe and if I could decide which style I like best. Dawn Suitcase Vignettes xo

Hey girl! I don't know if I own anything that I'd call boho but that outfit you are wearing is awesome! I'd totally wear that. :)
