Isaac-Go Away!

If you are anywhere in the vicinity of Isaac, I hope that you are safe, dry and calm.
I have lots of relatives in Louisiana and I am hoping they all miss the storm!

Isaac blew our nice cool weather away and brought on lots of humidity here in Charlotte plus the threat of major rain.
I am wearing one of my best summer buys.
I got it for $20 and I love the color palette.
I have worn it quite a bit
and been able to style it different ways each time.
Today I played off of the pink stripes in the dress.
  Like my fun sequin belt??
A friend brought it back to me from her summer trip.
She knows me well doesn't she?
One of my other favorite things about this dress is the pockets.
I just love pockets in a dress.

Are you being affected by Isaac?,
if so what forms of weather has he brought to your neck of the woods?

Hoping Isaac steers clear of your relatives! We are going to get rain this weekend in Ohio. Love your maxi. The colors are so fun!

I love the colours and the stripes and the pockets of the dress and your smile. :)
Isaac is too faaaar away to affect me, I live in Germany...but I hope people will be safe over there in the affected areas.

We've been out of town so I'm out of the loop and getting caught up on news and email. Glad all is well with in your neck of the woods!

Great looking maxi and I'm loving the belt!

I heard about that on CNN today, luckily we are far enough away to be unaffected- hope it stays calm in Charlotte. Love the striped maxi and the sequins are so whimsical and fun!

Hope that you and everyone else is safe in that corner of the country! Those storms are always a scary thing! Regardless, you are looking incredibly cheerful and summery in that might maxi dress. I love the striped pattern and the shape is super flattering. Adding that pink belt is a fun touch!

Luckily Isaac is not hitting us here in New York, but my father's best friend lives in New Orleans and they're going to be without power for a few days. Thankfully not nearly as bad as Katrina.

I do like this dress, and the belt is glittery perfection. I could totally see it with a white blouse and skinny pants for fall!
