Oversized Sweater

On Sunday after our fun little snowfall on Saturday the temperatures dropped and it was bitter cold.
Well, it was to me anyway!
I pulled out my thick over sized sweater to keep me warm.
I have a love/hate relationship with this sweater.
I love it because it is cozy, warm and easy to style.
I hate it because I feel like it adds about 30 pounds to my frame.
This is a very simple look and could be changed by just placing different jewelry with it or a scarf.
Sometimes simple is okay.

Do you have an item of clothing
that you have an ongoing love/hate relationship with?

You look super cozy and warm. I love a good oversized sweater. My maxi skirt and I have a love/hate relationship. I love it because it's comfy, but I hate it because I feel like I can't style it in the winter months. Although you proved you can! Heather

I also have a love/hate relationship with several oversized garments in my closet...but if they keep me warm..I love them!

This is a beautiful look and I love the skirt. I don't think the sweater adds much to your frame; you still look tall, slender and column-like.

No, I'm not seeing any added bulk, just a chic, elegant but cosy look.
My love/hate thing is with trousers... I so want to find some that I can love. But I am still waiting! xxx

I love a big chunky sweater:). You look cozy!

I have a love/hate relationship with my over-sized sweaters too. Except that I don't see any "bulk" added to you though!

It's definitely cozy looking! Love grey. I often pair oversized sweaters with skinnies or leggings and riding boots for a leaner look. :)

I know exactly what you mean about sweaters like that... I feel like I can never make up my mind about this one really big cardigan I have.

So... I totally can't believe it's supposed to snow here for the next three days. Can I borrow your sweater?

I have a love/hate relationship with jeans, love 'em because they make my bum look good & hate 'em because they are so darn uncomfortable! Love the maxi skirt and that necklace is pretty fab! Your cold is probably our warm :)

sometimes you just need a big cozy sweater - and I just adore your triangle necklace!

I think the sweater is good! It doesn't make you look big at all...it's exactly the right kind of big where the sweater just looks super cozy.

i love a big comfy sweater but i totally understand your love/hate. because i feel like they make you feel fat but they look good and feel even better. i feel similar with certain shoes, especially ankle booties that i love but sorta make my legs look short. but i still wear them despite my feelings!!!

Trust me! You do not look the least bit heavy! I have a bulky sweater like that too, and I feel the same way in mine.
