Stripes and Dots Are Always A Good Idea

Happy Friday and Happy St. Patrick's Day weekend!
Hope you have some fun plans for the weekend and get to eat or drink at least one green item!
Although the sun is shining, it is still pretty cool around here,
but that is supposed to change this weekend.
Maybe I will be able to break out the sandals.
As you know I love to mix prints and I decided a little stripe and dot mix was what was needed for this outfit.
I choose bold colors for the dots and left everything else pretty neutral so the polka dots would pop.
Of course I needed a statement necklace and bracelet to round out the styling.

Do you like stripes and dots together
 or
do you think they are too much of an pattern opposite to be worn together?

Pink and navy look so good together. I love that you mixed patterns with it. Have a fun and happy St. Patty's!

You also do pattern-mixing so well. I love it! And I love the pop of color with your shirt and belt.

No problem at all to mix patterns. Just needs a good eye. Not all mixing is successful. I am notoriously bad at it. You have proven with this outfit that you can really make it work. Very nice and so much more interesting than without the mixing.

I can't even talk about the weather any more... it's been snowing all day again! It would be nice to have a little sun!
