Happy Independence Day

I hope you are having a great 4th of July!
I woke up to pouring rain, but the sun has popped out a bit now.

I went with a super casual 4th of July look.

I dug out my beloved Madras shorts 

and

 paired it with a T and tennis shoes.

Joe stopped by to wish you all a Happy 4th as well.

He looks like a big baby doesn't he, 

just begging for someone to pick him up.

I added some sunnies hoping that would help the sun stay around for a bit today.

We walked down to the neighborhood pool earlier

 and man is it steamy out,

 but a least there was nothing falling from the sky.
