Long weekends are the best aren't they?!
Today over on Two Birds our inspiration is Rebecca Minkoff.
I would love to own one of her handbags, but they are a bit out of my budget.
That doesn't mean I can't be inspired by how she dresses though!
I have not gotten into the printed pants thing too much,
but do own this graphic pair.
I don't think I ever thought of pairing them with a plain white T.
I will admit that after looking in the mirror I thought the outfit was just too plain.
Hence the statement necklace.
I guess I am just a sucker for bling.
As you can tell from these pics the rain has not stopped around here and
I for one am about ready to enlist some help
to start building an ark!

the plain white tee was a little out of my element too (which is why i am wearing pink), but i need to start incorporating it more. your pants are so fun!
I love using basic tops to allow a piece of jewelry or other statement piece to pop :) This is a great outfit to take inspiration from!

i like your added bling necklace, dear brett! i adore your shoes. i own several plain white t-shirts, and i hardly wear any of them. i took white t-shirt inventory when trying to find the right one for the inspiration. i was surprised with my collection.

YES for the plain white tee! I live in mine. It's the perfect companion to fun printed pants and shorts.
Hey I remember that outfit! That's RM at the denim pop up launch party :) I actually felt sooo unfashionable there. RM has an amazing sale two times/year. There's usually one at the end of summer and one at the end of winter. The prices are almost as good as the sample sale, so if you really want one that's the time to try!
I think printed pants are so fun, and I like to keep the rest of the look pretty neutral too!
