Awkward and Awesome Friday

Woo Hoo, it's Friday.
Looks like a nice brisk fall weekend has been predicted here.
Hope you get a taste of fall wherever you are this weekend.
  • When the person beside you has used so much hairspray that is all you can smell for the rest of the day.
  • Cleaning out your car and forgetting to put the umbrella back in it, that same day you get caught in the rain with no umbrella.
  • Cleaning your Keurig and forgetting to put ALL the parts back together.  I am not sure what that was I drank, but it wasn't coffee.
  • Ordering new chargers and adapters for the new iPhone5 off of eBay and none of them worked.
  • When you grab the socks that should have been thrown away and all day long you are having to unzip your boots and pull them up.
  • The Carolina Panthers won again last night!  Maybe there is hope for them after all.
  • Found the best top coat ever!  It is called Out The Door.  You gotta try this stuff. (found at CVS near the polish remover section)
  • When there is a sale sign over an item that isn't really on sale, but they give you the sale price anyway.
  • Getting to buy the giant bags of Halloween candy in anticipation of Thursday night and having the hope that there will be leftovers.
  • Nice drivers, they are a dying breed.  I encountered 3 this week.
Several versions of this outfit have been popping up in the blogosphere the past couple of weeks.
I decided to try my hand at a version of it.
First off, it is so comfy and easy to wear.
2nd a baseball cap always trumps a bad hair day
and 3rd,
it's just a darn cute look.

Have you tried a version of this look yet?

There is nothing awkward about this outfit. It is casually awesome. I love all the gray with the touches of pink for a girl factor and great for Breast Cancer month. Way to dress a hoodie up, a bit.

Sorry about those "awkwards", missing coffee would be tragic in my household, but I am pleased you found some courteous drivers, Yay!
Love your cozy and stylish weekend outfit, perfect for an outdoor walk with this crisp weather! You look great!

I haven't tried this look yet, I don't know if I even have a baseball cap! Polite drivers are a dying breed-- and that causes me so much frustration. Not using a turn signal is my biggest pet peeve!
