Today I did a DIY project I had pinned awhile back.
Here is the pin.
I changed my version up a little, but the concept is still the same.
I wanted to leave my pumpkins orange
and
liked the concept of a full monogram rather than just an initial.
I use these urns every year and thought they would be perfect for this project.
I like how all of the elements came together.
Here is a tip for you when painting your pumpkin...
DON'T use glitter paint.
It comes out uneven and really light.
I ended up going back over the letters with
regular black acrylic paint.
Here is my finished look on the front steps of my house.
I liked this DIY.
It was extremely easy and something I would definitely do again.

Do you like to decorate for Fall or for Halloween?

You did it again! I love this idea! Hopefully I can squeeze in some time to finish my fall decorating outside this weekend. Did you see the pumpkin monogram using thumbtacks? I thought that was pretty cool too.
So pretty! I love decorating for fall!
LOVE the way those came out Brett - so cute!

GORGEOUS! I had this pinned last year, started to buy the supplies for it and never followed through. The furthest I got with it this year is a pumpkin with our last initial painted. Maybe next year? You did amazing and I love the monogram!
I love your version so much more! The traditional orange color keeps the spirit of all more and the mongram is fantastic!
These are so fun, way to go!
Brett, Love this! Festive and classy!

Very, very nice. Really lovely.
Can I have your house? Even by looking at the front door, I can guess it is a lovely house.
