Pink and green has been a favorite combination of mine ever since I first wore it back in the 80's.
This was an easy look for me and something
I would pull out of my closet normally to wear.
I went for a statement necklace due
to the neckline of this sweater.
I thought it just worked better.
It was also too cold for open toes shoes,
so I pulled my booties out from the back of my closet
where I put them last week.
Of, course I didn't think I'd be wearing them again so soon.
Are you a fan of pink and green?
Were you around in the 80's when it first became popular?

Yes, I do really like green and pink together. I don"t think I wore it in the 1980s because I was not a big fan of pink then, but I'm over that now! I actually think green works with most other colours, and I love pink with what we would have called clashing colours back in the 80s, like red and orange.
This is a lovely combination, and you look great! xxx
Spring fresh...and I love those pants! Good look, Brett!
Brett, these are 2 of my favorite colors ever. They remind me both of Spring and of Lilly Pulitzer. Your Pants and Booties are awesome.
When you get a second I'd love for you to stop by and check out the latest. I am doing a 30 for 30 Remix Challenge this whole month of April. Let me know what you think.
Thanks, Ada. =)
HAPPY HUMP DAY!!
I agree. Love those pants!!!
Great colors, especially to welcome spring.
I definitely wore pink and green in the 80s! I haven't worn this combo lately, though, and you have inspired me to try it again. It looks great on you!
Love the pink and green combo! Those pants are so fun and I agree, the statement necklace was a good choice!
I love these pretty spring colors! And I agree, the statement necklace works perfectly!
I also love pink and green Brett, but what I love most about this is the pattern on the pants , so lovely!
