Too Hip To Be Cool

Good morning ya'll.
It's a great day, all my chickens are back in the roost for the summer.
I saw an outfit on Pinterest very similar to this
and couldn't stop thinking about it.
I decided to go ahead and give it a try.
I am not a hat person by any means,
but the hat seemed to make the outfit,
 so I borrowed son1's fedora.
Of course,son1 and son2 said I looked like
I was trying to be a Hipster.
I am pretty sure I am too old to be
considered a Hipster by anyone!
It was a fun look to try.
Not something in my normal wheelhouse,
but isn't that what fashion is all about?
Trying new styles, being creative and even going outside your comfort zone every now and then.

Would you wear this look?
Would it be something in your wheelhouse or something completely new for you?

I love that blouse, but this is definitely outside my comfort zone as well. It looks great on you though!

You look fabulous in that hat! It might not feel quite you, but the whole outfit rocks, and you wear it well! xxx

Brett,
I love this outfit on you! I am glad that you took it out of your comfort range. I adore the hat ! Good for you that you swiped it from one of your children! I think you look very casual ,chic and urban in this, and I love that you added the glittery bag. It is really a well-done outfit, very original and I just love it!
You really rocked this look and you look very young , you pulled it off without a hitch!
