On Sunday afternoon, 3 friends and I went to High Tea at the Ritz Carlton.
It was all very elegant. The table clothes were my favorite peacock blue and we were served on white china with crystal/silver candles on the table.
We were treated to live music and were able to hang out as long as we wanted.
We had our choice of 6 different teas.
We all ended up trying two different ones.
My favorite finger sandwich was the salmon and my favorite dessert was the pecan tart. The scones weren't too bad either! (forgot to get a picture of them)
The dude in the background was our singer for the afternoon. He was singing mellow Christmas Carols.

This is a giant gingerbread house that was in the lobby of the hotel. It is made out of real gingerbread.
It was a very lovely afternoon spent with 3 wonderful friends. Thanks J for thinking of and organizing the whole thing!
