Start The Celebrating Early!

Since son1 went back to school on Sunday, husband decided we needed to celebrate my birthday a bit early.  He wanted everyone to be here and he was pretty sure son1 wouldn't be coming back anytime soon after being home for a month. :)

I certainly don't have a problem starting the festivities 10 days early!
I am always up for a celebration.

We just wanted to be casual and fun on Saturday night, so I think I dressed appropriately.

It was super windy on Saturday and I had a hard time keeping the hair out of my face
Husband and son1 & son2 had a field day with the gingham shirt and cowboy boots.  I tell you, it just isn't right to be compared to Elle Mae on your fake birthday.
Below is a tiny snapshot of our night out
I had to swear on a micro brewed pale ale that the boys would not end up on the blog if I took their picture!
See my delish cake!!
It is from Edible-Art
They have the second best cake I have ever had and they sell it by the slice.  I get a slice every year for my birthday.
Where's the best cake I ever had you ask???
Clays Bakery  in Berwyn, PA!

entire outfit-Old Navy
bracelet-necklace wrapped around arm-ATL
necklace-f21
belt-Calvin Klein-gifted
boots- Gianni Bini-gifted

PS... I get a Gray's Anatomy Calendar every year too!

Happy early birthday! I like your outfit. It's stylish no matter what they say. ;)

Looks like a great celebration...glad you got to celebrate with everyone before your son leaves for college again!

And, I just gotta say: there are SO many January birthdays that I know of! My mom's is in a few weeks, along with my boyfriend's, his brother's, and some other friends. Now you too! :) Crazy!
