I don't know if you have these little suckers where you live, but they are most annoying. No, they don't bite or leave a big mess behind. I don't even think they spread disease. They are just a big 'old nuisance!
Hey, I am just thankful they are not ROACHES. Those babies totally freak me out!!!! I grew up in Louisiana, on a river, so I know roaches. I am talking about the big honking kind. I still scream to this day when I see one.
What insect creeps you out?
This is actually an outfit from last week.
I love the ease and comfort of these cargo pants.
The lighting is really bad in these pictures, but I am wearing a pink sweater with a green t.
Hope you all have a great last week of April.
Can you even believe it is almost May??!!

That's what we have in Texas....BIG HONKING ROACHES...grew up with them...hated them then...will always hate them....and they fly which makes them even worse....then ther's scorpions...they're fun too.
But subject: Your outfit is really cute...great casual look!
I don't like roaches either. We have these ugly flat bugs that smell if you squish them. They invade our house when the weather cools off. They're slow moving so sometimes you don't realize they're there until you've been in their presence awhile.
I'll admit that I have a can of spray and when ants appeared in my kitchen a few months ago on the first warm days I blasted my under-the-sink area. When it comes to bugs I go for the chemical solution!
I am in awe of praying mantis and gigantic beetles. How big were those roaches in LA? Your cargoes remind me of what I wore to go hunting for mushrooms last weekend. Got tangled up with some blackberry brambles.
I don't like roaches either, but thankfully they are uncommon in MN. Your potted plant is pretty.
I hate roaches, too! It cracks me up that at the beach, they call them Palmetto bugs. Eh, they're still roaches. But ants drive me batty! Probably because all we have are fire ants! We came home from vacation 10 years ago and found Blake's closet full of ants! The changing table was in there and I guess they were after the moisture from the baby wipes. Thousands of ants! I had to wash EVERYTHING in his room. Makes me shudder to think about it!
I have ants. but they aren't a sign of the spring, oh no, those annoying gross bugs live in my kitchen and bathroom year round. it's like camping, and i hate camping.
Congrats to Emily, also I am glad the NC ants dont bite. That is good to know.

I think I have that same Target t! But you styled it much cuter.
I was in my CREEPY basement the other day getting something and there are bunches of DEAD bugs down there. I can't stop being creeped out and yes, I need to get down there and #1 vacuum and #2 work out.
Blerg and ugh.
I like your cargo's very much.
I used to live in New Orleans, so I can relate to the big roaches. Holy crap. They were so big that you could see their little faces! AND they could fly. I remember one night seeing a roach on the ceiling and before I knew it, that sucker came flying right at me. You don't know fear until you get dive bombed by a Louisiana cockroach. Am I right?
I also love the ease and comfort of those pants. You look great. What do you do to stay so fit and trim? Inquiring minds want to know. And by inquiring minds, I mean my nosy butt!
xoxo,
Tracy
