Do You Have An Accent?

Today's vlog is brought to you by Tiffany over on Breakfast With Tiffany.
She did this little vlog herself and I thought it was so cute that I wanted to do it too.

You can check out her version here.  Here is the list of words that I am saying:

Aunt, Route, Wash, Oil, Theatre, Iron, Salmon, Caramel, Fire, Water, Sure, Data, Ruin, Crayon, Toilet, New Orleans, Pecan, Both, Again, Probably, Alabama, Lawyer, Coupon, Mayonnaise,  Pajamas, Caught

.
Did you detect an accent on me?
Do you  have an accent of some sort?
I really wish I had a British accent!!

update since my elbow surgery:
actual surgery went well, but i had a hard time with nausea and therefore a hard time controlling the pain.
things seem to be under control now, but i will confess i was not expecting to have this much pain!!

on the upside, son1 is home and all of my men are taking very good care of me and THEY are preparing the Thanksgiving meal.  life is good!

have you entered the elegantees giveaway yet?

Oh my goodness, you are adorable! I could listen to you say "both" all day! And yes, I can totally hear your southern accent and I love it. I am a boring accent-less person and am totally jealous. :)

OH MY GOD! So cute! I love the way you say lawyer! I say pop...and as for the grocery bagging thing, we do both up here in MN. Typically, the smaller, mom & pop stores still bag your groceries and will take them to your car if you want...but otherwise, you bag 'em yourself!

Glad you survived surgery! Did the pain pills make you nauseous? I've had one surgery and they gave me Lortab as a painkiller...it made me SO nauseous and depressed I stopped taking it. I'll take pain over nausea any day!

I like your accent. We all have some sort of an accent, I suppose.

I love your accent-I always think that everyone but me has an accent-silly of course! Whenever I visited my Mum in the UK people sometimes thought I was an American from the Southern States (e.g. I say 'iron' the same way as you). My British Step-Dad thinks I have a very 'twangy' voice whatever that means! I'm glad to hear your surgery recovery is going well (sorry to hear there's so much pain!) and I hope that the men make a delicious meal-Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm from Minnesota and we say all kinds of things crazy-like.

I haven't listened to yours yet, but I'm going to! I wish I had the nerve to do this challenge. I'm going to think about doing it!

I hope you feel better right away.

Oh, you're adorable!! You have a perfect little southern accent. Nothing too obnoxious, but subtle and cute!

It's funny. My Little Miss is sitting on my lap because she's sick and when you said, "Hey, y'all!" she got really excited and said "HEY!!!" and waved at the monitor. =) Then when you said "Bye," she said "Bye Bye!" lol
