Happy St. Paddy's Day

I rarely post on the weekends these days,

 but wanted to wish ya'll a Happy St. Pat's Day.

I hope everyone is at least wearing a little bit of green today!

Did you have a green beer, some soda bread or 

corned beef and cabbage?

I made the obligatory corned beef and cabbage today.

  I pretty much only ever make this dish on St. Paddy's Day.

Son2 heads back to school today ending his spring break. 

 It was nice having him and his cooking skills at home.

Son1 will not be going back to school,

 but will stay home to recuperate and convalesce! 

 

 Well, you knew I would be sporting green in today's post.
