Pinned It and Did It

My friend Heather over on Style Journey has set up a challenge.
Like all of us obsessed over Pinterest, we pin and pin and pin...but do we ever DO???

Her challenge is the Pinned It and Did It challenge.
For me this is easier said than done.
Somewhere along the lines of my kids entering high school all DIY abilities left my body.
Before that I was a DIY fool.
I pinned this delicious looking Pumpkin French Toast Bake awhile back and finally made it last weekend for a girls weekend.

Sadly, I may or may not have been over served the night before and didn't take any pictures of my own dish.
I will tell you that it was delicious, or at least that's what 4 out of 5 of my friends said.
The 5th said she couldn't taste the pumpkin, but I suspect that was the after effects of the "fancy" drink she tried to concoct the night before.

I used soy milk, pumpkin butter and we used fresh warm honey to pour over top, because someone forgot the syrup.

Check out what others pinned and did...

You crack me up! I am at work trying to be sly and just literally laughed out loud! So happy you decided to link up today. Don't stress either-this is supposed to be fun! I think next week I am going for either recipes or some nailart (which I am awful at). Maybe I can do another Pinterest Fail post, ha ha!

I'm pretty sure I have this same recipe pinned! I'll have to give it a shot now that I know it turns out well.
