What You Can Learn Through Your Closet

It's funny what you can learn about yourself through your closet.
For instance, I apparently am not a huge fan of the color kelly green.
I only have one article of clothing in my closet that color.
A pair of skinny jeans and I rarely ever wear them.
I have celery, mint and chartreuse,
but no kelly or emerald to be found.
Having said that,
I pulled off a "softer" version of the inspiration outfit today.
This loft top is quite old and one of the few
 florals in my closet.
I paired it with the celery color cardi
and decided to go with wide-legged jeans today.
The weather is still not spring like,
so I opted for my tan booties as footwear.
Of course,
I added a fabulous statement necklace like the inspiration.
Now I am ready to go out
 and
do a little kelly green shopping.

What colors if any, are lacking in your wardrobe?
How about patterns?

I'm not a fan of brown or much navy either. I prefer clear, bright colors, especially green and red.

Great look Brett!

I have very little (if any) grey and no beige! Plenty of bright colours, and tons of prints and patterns though.
Lovely version of the inspiration outfit, Brett, soft and pretty. xxx

Lovely outfit. Well done.
As for lacking anything... no, not really. I am a shop-a-holic, so have a lot (she said being ashamed of herself). Basics is what I need most.

That necklace is gorgeous. Your floral top is so pretty. I don't have enough floral tops - just added a new one, though. Great interpretation. =)
