Dress Up A Graphic T

Last time I wore this skirt, many of you suggested I pair it with a graphic t.
I did that just!
 I really like how the look turned out. 
 Casual, yet not overly so.
Of course I had to add some arm candy
 and a great big statement necklace!
I decided my neutral wedges rounded this outfit perfectly.
